Social Media Free Zone

Are your teens, tweens, or students hooked on social media? Do you struggle to get them off their phones? Help them escape the damaging digital vortex with this cheerful, lined notebook that encourages self-reflection, real-life observations, and being present in the actual world. Slim and easily tucked into a backpack or tote, this 120-page journal gives young people lots of room to roam as they write down thoughts, feelings, homework assignments, favorite things, extracurricular details, or household chores. Social Media Free Zone is a clever gift for anyone facing cell phone restrictions at school or at home. Instead of pulling a disallowed phone out of their bag, they can grab this journal and free write.

And for all you younger people who want to reduce your social media activity, choose this journal as an act of self-care and badge of defiance. #underconsumptioncore.

River Sisters
River Sisters
The River Sisters, born and raised in the Midwest near a beautiful river, built their lives on the values of family, faith, gratitude, and learning. The daughters of public school educators and city government workers, together they have four degrees from city, state, and Ivy League universities, including a PhD in the humanities (or poetically translated, the study of "human ties") and four decades of professional experience in teaching, writing, and personal finance. They are mothers to teen and adult children and caretakers of multiple pets. The sisters have loved journaling and spreading cheer since their childhood. Today, they use their passion to inspire others and produce unique journals and books from the heart to encourage self-compassion, interconnection, and creativity with a dash of fun.
